Probiotics - a micro-organism introduced to the body for its beneficial qualities.
Probiotics are live bacteria or yeast that are good for you especially your digestive system, which promotes great gut health.

Probiotics have helped me over the years to sustain an happy gut , good bacteria in the gut is essential for great gut health. Probiotics are supplements or food that contain live microorganisms that are perfect for great gut health .
Even though i do not eat animal products there are still a range of foods, powders, supplements &fermented foods that provide probiotics .
